What we offer
Licensed full-bar service for weddings and private parties. Pair us with your favorite caterer or venue kitchen; food catering from Cat Eye is not offered yet.
Ranch, barn, and mountain receptions. We bring the bartenders, the drink list, and Montana-licensed service to your venue.
Rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, birthdays, and milestone parties. Plan with us at the café, then we run the bar wherever you celebrate.

What we promise
Some bar services are dry-hire only — you buy the alcohol, store it, and haul it to the venue. With Cat Eye, the bar arrives stocked.

FAQ
Yes. Cat Eye operates under our Montana all-beverage license with a catering endorsement, which means we purchase, supply, and serve all of the alcohol at your event. Because of how that license works, we can’t serve alcohol you’ve bought yourself, and we don’t loan our license to third parties or venues.
Not yet. Our packages are bar & drinks only. Bring your own caterer or use the venue kitchen and we’ll run the licensed full bar alongside them.
We serve weddings and private parties in Bozeman, Big Sky, and across the Gallatin Valley — ranches, barns, mountain lodges, and backyards — and Paradise Valley by request. Travel fees may apply outside the Bozeman core. It’s worth confirming early that your venue allows an outside licensed bar; we’re happy to talk logistics with your venue or planner.
Fifty percent of your quote holds your date. The balance is due on the schedule in your contract, typically before the event.
Essential serves up to 100 guests, Signature up to 150, and Reserve up to 200. Each package has a firm maximum, and any overage rate is set in the contract before the event — no day-of surprises. Planning something larger? Tell us about it.
As soon as you have a date and a venue. Summer and early-fall weekends are the busiest in the valley, so earlier is better. We’ll confirm availability when we reply to your inquiry.
